About Chemical Wastewater Treatment GENERAL INFORMATION Chemical wastewater treatment systems are used to ensure that wastewater with high chemical content generated during the production stages of various industrial establishments complies with discharge standards. Chemical wastewater treatment systems can be designed in different models and sizes, depending on the analysis values of the wastewater to be treated, the daily and hourly wastewater volume, effluent quality values, desired recovery values, and the environmental factors of the installation site. The design of chemical treatment plants is carried out in two stages. During the project design phase, wastewater samples taken from businesses operating in different sectors are examined by the wastewater treatment department, and the best treatability method is determined through R&D. During the implementation phase, the most suitable equipment for operating conditions is selected based on environmental factors and capacity, and the installation of package or reinforced concrete chemical treatment plants is carried out. The proper design of chemical wastewater treatment plants is as crucial as their operation. Therefore, during the installation process, personnel authorized by the employer are trained in all stages, from initial commissioning to final delivery. Practical training is provided on potential malfunctions and solution methods, and after the facility is commissioned, the facility is operated by authorized personnel for at least one week before final acceptance is made.
